Testing the current level of students by qualified teachers is a standard part of our corporate language course offer. Before we put together a suitable training plan for you with the help of a methodologist, we meet personally with all those interested in corporate training and thoroughly test their knowledge – we conduct a so-called language audit.
If you or your employees only wish to determine your level for guidance purposes, you will find online placement tests on our website that will assess your current language skills. The test is available for seven different languages – English, German, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, and Czech.
We evaluate the effectiveness of corporate language courses on a regular basis, or upon request. The evaluation is carried out by each instructor preparing a table for their course or courses with attendance and a detailed assessment of the performance of individual students. We then propose a series of recommendations and procedures for each employee to help them continue to improve their language skills as effectively as possible.
No, if you cancel a lesson in time, you are entitled to a full refund. However, in order for the lesson not to be included in the invoice, it must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Teachers record student attendance in the system. The company’s contact person has access to the internal PELICAN system, where they can monitor invoiced lessons, student attendance, and other statistical information.
Yes, all students have the option to move to a more advanced or less advanced group if they find that the level of their current course does not suit them. It is also possible to withdraw from a course that has already started if, for example, they find that their work commitments prevent them from attending regularly. Similarly, it is possible to enroll new students in the course at a later date. All changes are recorded in the system by the teachers.
Of course. When designing language courses for companies, we try to meet our clients’ needs as much as possible, which also means that our teachers are able to use any materials of your choice.
We will be happy to help you choose study materials and we can also provide them for you.
Our school has professional CVs for all of its teachers, which we will provide to you upon request. We are also happy to arrange a meeting with your chosen teacher or teachers before the start of lessons. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your teacher, we will look for another solution. We regularly monitor student satisfaction with their instructors during the course and immediately address any dissatisfaction or other issues.

In the event that the teacher is unable to teach at the agreed time for serious reasons, we will arrange for an adequate replacement or hold the lesson at an alternative time.
